1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using EventTradeLab, web-based application operated by Qprop Finansal Teknoloji Limited,registered at Barbaros Mah. Lale Sok. Ağaoğlu My Office No:2, Interior Door No:13, Ataşehir / Istanbul,Türkiye, with Trade Registry No. 494398, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue access to the platform and associated services immediately.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
3. Permitted Use
EventTradeLab grants you a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal research and trading preparation. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform without written permission.
- Use EventTradeLab to develop or train competing products.
- Upload malicious content, interfere with platform operations, or breach security controls.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
- Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable prior notice.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.Fees are non-refundable.
6. Data, Privacy & Security
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that while we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and you use the platform at your own risk.
7. Market Data & Risk Disclaimer
EventTradeLab provides tools for analysis and educational purposes only. We do not offer investment advice or guarantee trading performance. You acknowledge that trading financial instruments involves substantial risk, and you are solely responsible for your decisions. Some market data displayed on this platform may originate from third-party providers, including Dukascopy Bank SA. Such data reflect Dukascopy Bank SA’s independent fair-value assessments and do not represent actual market quotes. These values are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. They should not be considered investment recommendations or forecasts of future market values.
8. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

All content, data, code and trademarks provided by EventTradeLab are the property of Qprop Finansal Teknoloji Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or misuse any content provided through the Service without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventTradeLab and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of EventTradeLab after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved in the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Türkiye.
